We appreciate all who have been beautifying their yards. This makes our neighborhood attractive and a desirable place to live. Let’s work together to keep it looking great by following our CC&R’s and Bylaws. Highlighting a few: lawn maintenance, weeding, trimming, limited RV and trailer parking (48 hour max), garbage cans out of view except for a reasonable period of time for trash pickup, have all fences or other changes to landscaping and structures approved by the Architectural Committee, etc. Most of our rules apply mainly to what is viewable from the street.
